An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Experience Consultant to join our highly regarded CX team based in Keysborough.

 

Reporting to the Customer Experience Supervisor for Sales & Onboarding, you will be responsible for driving growth and adding value to customer interactions through sales activity with our blue chip clients in the Veolia waste collection business. Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Drive and increase  sales revenue opportunities through campaigns, with a  focus on new business in strategic market / territory sectors
  • Respond, retain and manage service cancellations, changes of pricing enquiry requests through proactively providing solutions to renew or extend  customers service agreements
  • Pro-active management of new leads and identifying opportunities to renew upsell and maximise organic growth revenue from existing customer base 
About you:

 

  • Strategic thinker with previous experience in a phone based outbound sales role
  • You take ownership of your results and often look for ways to improve; you see challenges as opportunities instead of obstacles
  • Proven sales experience and you enjoy meeting KPIs and sales targets.
  • Able to build strong customer relationships through engagement and inspiring prospects 
  • Solution driven approach when dealing with both internal and external stakeholders
  • A Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar (desirable)
  • SAP and/or Salesforce experience (desirable)
