The Opportunity


Veolia ANZ is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Consultant to join our Premium Care team based in Keysborough. As the Customer Experience Consultant you will act as the first point of contact for our National B2B customers and respond to a wide range of queries in an efficient and timely manner. 

This is a full time permanent office based position, that would suit someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and understands the importance of providing excellent customer service.

What you'll be responsible for

 

  • Attend to a high volume of incoming customer calls promptly and efficiently
  • Respond to customer enquires via email, Salesforce case or phone enquires
  • Provide end to end customer experience 
  • Regular communication with Internal & External stakeholders
  • Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders
  • Manage a variety of customer queries including; operations, quotations, subcontracting, price increases, complaints 
  • Support National Key Account customers 

What you'll need to be successful

 

  • Previous experience within a fast paced call centre environment highly advantageous
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team 
  • Excellent computer literacy and experience with Google Suite, DOS based systems and Salesforce is advantageous
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment with rapidly changing priorities
