The Opportunity
Veolia ANZ is seeking a Customer Experience Sales & Onboarding Consultant to join our team based in Keysborough 3173. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for sales and a drive to achieve targets. In this role you will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

What you'll be responsible for
- Attend to incoming customer Sales and Retention based calls and emails
- Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders
- Manage a variety of customer queries including; operations, quotations, subcontracting, price increases, complaints
What you'll need to be successful
- Previous experience within a sales or customer service role required
- Waste industry experience or similar desired but not essential
- A supportive, ambitious team player determined to succeed in your KPI's
- Resilience and tenacity
- Be reliable and have a strong work ethic
