Veolia ANZ is seeking an Internal Sales Officer to join our Environmental Services team based in Keysborough 3173. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for sales and a drive to achieve targets. As the Internal Sales Officer you will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

What you'll be responsible for

• Attend to incoming customer Sales and Retention based calls and emails 
• Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders
• Manage a variety of customer queries including; operations, quotations, subcontracting, price increases, complaints 

What you'll need to be successful

• Previous experience within a sales or customer service role required 
• Waste industry experience or similar desired but not essential 
• A supportive, ambitious team player determined to succeed in your KPI's
• Resilience and tenacity
• Be reliable and have a strong work ethic
