The Opportunity


We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Supervisor to join our team in Keysborough, VIC. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a team of CX Consultants while ensuring exceptional service delivery to our valued customers. You'll play a crucial role in driving team performance, managing escalations, and fostering a positive work culture.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Leading and developing a team of CX Consultants

  • Managing escalated customer issues and maintaining service excellence

  • Monitoring and evaluating team performance metrics

  • Implementing process improvements and best practices

  • Providing regular performance reporting and feedback

What you'll need to be successful

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service/contact centre environment with 2+ years in leadership

  • Proven team leadership and coaching abilities

  • Excellence in written and verbal communication

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce and SAP
