Title: Quality, Safety and Continuous Improvement Administrator

Reporting to the site manager the successful candidate will work across a scope of duties, company systems, continual improvement and special projects. You will provide support to projects regarding manufacturing efficiencies, quality safety nd site maintenance. You will be a proactive and visible key staff member within our workplace, directly assisting team members in:
- Leading and supporting company Lean projects
- Providing Lean training to assist with organisational culture efforts
- Project management, relocation of processes and equipment
- 5S activity and kaizen event facilitation
- Administration
The Requirements
- Qualifications / experience in Lean Manufacturing will be highly regarded.
- Tertiary Qualification in similar fields
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role within the manufacturing and or construction industry
- Previous experience in manufacturing, engineering and/or construction work environments, trade background – highly regarded.
- Previous work experience in Training/Assessment / 5’S practices will be highly regarded.
- Well-developed analytical and reporting skills, with an emphasis on precision, accuracy, and concision. Accomplishment in the MS Suite of programs is required, in particular: intermediate MS Excel skills.
- Demonstrated experience in enforcing policies and procedures
- Experience in assisting with change management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
