The Opportunity

Veolia ANZ is currently looking for a passionate Customer Experience Consultant to join the team in Adelaide, South Australia. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity, working from Monday to Friday. 
 
You will be part of a hard working and energetic team and will be required to deliver excellent customer service, maintain relationships with customers and be involved in the end to end process. Working in a driven and collaborative team, you’ll use all your skills and qualities to drive activities that win us business and retain and renew existing clients. 
 
We are looking for someone with the right attitude, has excellent communications skills and is keen to learn on the job! 
 

Key Duties:

  • Managing National administrative queues
  • Completing administrative tasks that include; setting up new account customers, updating client records, processing customer invoice disputes & liaising with our Sales Consultants & Operation teams
  • Ensuring data is entered into all systems and governance rules are applied
  • Ensuring that the appropriate steps are followed to provide customers with a timely solution and acceptable outcome
  • Identifying issues and resolve them at the local level & escalate complex issues to the Customer Experience Supervisor as required
     

You’ll need:

  • Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in data entry or an administrative role is an advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail and grammar
  • Successfully manage multiple priorities and deadlines; time management 
  • Individual accountability by working well independently and professionally as a team member and maintaining confidentiality when dealing with matters of a sensitive and complex nature 
  • Ability to think fast, communicate and negotiate outcomes or solutions
  • Experience using SAP and/or Salesforce (desirable)
  • Experience within the waste industry (desirable)

    In this role, you’ll be trained across a number of concrete skills for the job in hand. Many of our Customer Experience Officers have continued to progress their career with us, moving into supervisor and management positions.
