The Opportunity

Veolia is currently looking for a highly skilled Contracts & Development Administrator to join the industrial service division in South Perth. This role is a full time, permanent position working in the Head Office. 

 

As an Administrator your role will be to coordinate the Contract & Development team’s administrative functions, information management requirements, bid proposals preparation and submissions. This role would suit a high organised administrator who can use their own initiative and work autonomously. 

You’ll need:

  • Experience with in Heavy Industry such as Mining, Refining, Construction, Municipal, Manufacturing
  • Experienced/Capable document writer (Word, Google Sheets etc)
  • Experienced/Capable in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • High attention to detail
  • Unrestricted C Class License (WA)
  • Experience in the Water, Waste or Industrial type industry (desirable) 
  • SAP/Asset Management Software

Reporting to the Contracts and Development Manager,  you’ll work in the Head Office alongside other Veolias Employees. You’ll learn from your team mates, as much as they’ll learn from you.

Your day-to-day work will centre around contract management, reporting and data collection. You’ll play a key role in providing overall admin support to the Contracts and Development team.

In this role, you’ll be trained across a number of concrete skills for the job in hand. Many of our Administrators have continued to progress their career with us, moving into a variety of roles across the business.
