The Opportunity:

 

As an Administration Officer, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the Refractories Operational team across South Australia and Tasmania. Working in a driven and collaborative team, you’ll use all your skills and qualities to take responsibility for all admin processes including making arrangements to provide resources for smooth operations of Refractories projects.

Reporting to the SA & TAS Operations Manager - Refractories,  you’ll work in a small team, and liaise with staff members across the business. And you’ll learn from your team mates, as much as they’ll learn from you. 

 

Stimulation and challenge, delivered
Your day-to-day work will centre on various administrative duties such as raising purchase orders, managing travel arrangements for operational staff across projects, preparation of various reports, and general office and administrative work. You’ll also be called upon to travel to client sites and projects across SA and TAS to provide assistance when required.

You'll need:

 

  • Prior experience within a similar administrative role
  • Ideally competent in G-Suite, and SAP
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines while driving results
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, including ability to clarify, resolve issues, make decisions
