The Opportunity

 

Veolia ANZ is seeking a Reconciliation Officer to join our dynamic team at our Keysborough site (3173). 

 

This role is crucial in ensuring revenue accuracy and supporting our billing processes through effective invoice reconciliation and purchase order management.

 

Full time on Site - Monday - Friday 8.00 am start time

What you'll be responsible for

  • Finalising confirmations and collections to generate revenue-ready billing data
  • Reconciling subcontractor and disposal invoices for accuracy
  • Processing purchase orders in SAP, Ariba, and S4 Hana
  • Reviewing exception reports and initiating corrective actions
  • Resolving invoice disputes with internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing daily administrative support to the Billing Administration Team

 

What you'll need to be successful

  • Billing/finance experience
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management
  • Current driver's licence
  • A strong focus on health and safety
