The Opportunity

Due to internal movement we have an exciting fixed term opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. Based in Pyrmont (3 days in the office and 2 days from home) you will support a busy Talent Aquisition team to find the best talent for Veolia. This position would be for two months initially, with the possibility of extension.

What you'll be responsible for

Working closely with a team of TA Specialists you will be responsible for:

• Candidate communication and consultation
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews
• Managing recruitment administration and maintaining candidate records
• Assisting with job advertisement creation and posting
• Supporting direct sourcing and diversity initiatives
• Processing invoices for third-party providers
• Generating recruitment-related reports
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives
• Adhering to company values and safety standards

What you'll need to be successful

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a HR or TA related role, excellent interpersonal skills, highly organised and the ability to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders including Hiring Managers and candidates.  In order to thrive in this role you will be a customer service individual who uses strong initiative and is able to learn and work at pace.
