What you'll be responsible for

  • Managing administrative functions across the national Refractories business operations

  • Coordinating business administration processes and maintaining central databases

  • Overseeing contract management including KPI tracking and client interface

  • Leading personnel development through training identification and cross-training initiatives

  • Driving business improvement through process review and efficiency implementation

  • Managing accounts administration including billing, costings, and compliance monitoring

  • Ensuring alignment of national finance processes at administrative level

  • Supporting operations teams and state managers to achieve key deliverables

What you'll need to be successful

  • Experience in administration or accounts officer roles

  • Diploma in Business Administration or Accounting (desirable)

  • SAP & G-Suite experience (highly desirable)

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with strong attention to detail

  • Proven time management abilities and collaborative teamwork approach
