The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and innovative marketing professional who will build customer connection to our goal of ecological transformation. Leading a high performing team, you will drive growth through effective brand awareness, customer attraction and retention marketing. You will apply best practice customer journey management, digital marketing tools and customer driven strategy to be a vital business partner to all of our businesses and support functions.

What you'll be responsible for
- Loyalty and customer engagement marketing
- Customer growth and engagement strategy
- Marketing acquisition spend ROI
- Oversight of the Voice of Customer program, interfacing with the Global Business Support & Performance and Marketing teams
- Business partnering across Veolia’s business units
- Leadership of the Marketing Team (including Design function)
What you'll need to be successful
- Degree or Postgraduate Degree in Marketing or related business discipline
- 10+ years experience in a strategic marketing role in B2B or B2C environments (B2B desirable)
- Demonstrated experience in digital acquisition strategy and familiarity with B2B digital marketing channels including including Google Adwords
- Experience in strategic customer communications and lifecycle management, and familiarity with marketing automation technology
- Experience in managing owned digital channels including website and mobile applications
- Experience managing customer research and / or Net Promoter Score / Voice of Customer Program
