What you'll be responsible for

Lead operational excellence by ensuring compliance with regulations, environmental licenses, and industry standards while optimising resource allocation and efficiency

Oversee CAPEX/OPEX projects, manage operational budgets, and implement cost-saving initiatives to drive business growth and improvement

Champion workplace safety through the 'Always Safe Charter', ensuring comprehensive risk management, incident reporting, and safety training programs

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government authorities, community members, and internal teams

Manage administrative processes, validate contractor qualifications, and ensure proper purchasing and supplier management protocols

Drive continuous improvement through performance monitoring, financial reporting, and strategic business development initiatives while maintaining environmental compliance
What you'll need to be successful

Extensive experience in waste management operations
