Title:  Manager - Bio-reactor and Bioenenergy Plant

Location:

Goulburn, NSW, AU, 2580

The Opportunity

In this exciting role, you will lead and oversee all operations of the Woodlawn Bioreactor Landfill and Bioenergy Plant, ensuring safe, profitable and environmentally responsible management while delivering sustainable outcomes.

The Woodlawn Bioreactor Landfill is a world class and best practice landfill and biogas extraction facility managing 40% of Sydney's municipal waste. Containerised waste is transported from Sydney via rail and loaded onto trucks for the final part of the journey to the Woodlawn site. The waste is then landfilled and biogas capture is managed to optimise gas creation. This gas is captured and delivered to the Bioenergy Plant where it is then used to power 7 large scale industrial power generation engines. The electricity produced is then used in the power network as renewable energy.
