Title:  Operations Coordinator

Veolia has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Coordinator based in Gnangara. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

What you'll be responsible for

• Checking and reviewing log books for accuracy and completeness
• Booking in jobs and coordinating schedules
• Performing administrative tasks, including document preparation, training plan creation, and typing up toolbox talks
• Maintaining organised records and files
• Assisting with other operational tasks as required

What you'll need to be successful

• Completion of Water Treatment Operators course or equivalent experience
• Experience in the management and operation of water and/or wastewater treatment plants or networks
• Experience in supervising operations and maintenance personnel, including contractors
