The Opportunity

Fantastic Leadership Opportunities! Two Exciting Operations Supervisor Positions Available!

Position 1: Welshpool Operations Supervisor

Based permanently at our bustling Welshpool facility, you'll take charge of daily site operations, managing a dedicated team of approximately 20 staff. 

Position 2: Multi-Site Operations Supervisor

This dynamic role operates based Gnangara but supporting Welshpool facilities, offering variety and broader operational exposure. You'll play a crucial part in maintaining consistent standards across both sites while supporting our transport operations.

Both roles focus on driver coordination and incident management, monthly SHEQ reporting. & toolboxes ensuring smooth operational excellence.

This is a Monday to Friday  9 am - 5pm with a 1 week in 4 on call roster work from home.

What you'll be responsible for

• Manage daily fleet and driver scheduling

• Coordinate driver documentation and safety

• Lead team training and safety meetings

• Ensure HSE compliance

• Process maintenance and supply orders

• Track and report incidents

• Foster safety culture and customer service excellence
  
  

What you'll need to be successful

• HR licence desirable 

• An understanding of the waste industry or transport and logistics industry

• Demonstrable experience of team management

• Experience in submitting and presenting detailed responses to customers' commercial and operational requests and reporting 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Willingness to undergo a National Police Clearance and medical check relevant to the role
