The Opportunity

We're seeking an ambitious Territory Manager to lead our fast-growing Geelong region and build a rewarding career with genuine progression opportunities. You'll manage an established customer portfolio while generating new business in a hybrid role that offers autonomy and flexibility. 

Based at our Geelong depot, you'll work across the region supported by a strong operational team and backed by Veolia's market-leading waste solutions.

What you'll be responsible for

• Managing and growing an existing customer portfolio through relationship management and account development

• Generating new business leads through in-person cold calling and face-to-face engagement

• Building strong working relationships with the Operations team and collaborating effectively across the depot

• Running your territory with autonomy while maintaining clear travel and scheduling plans

What you'll need to be successful

• Sales or Account Management experience in a fast-paced environment with proven ability to generate leads

• Local to the Geelong/Corio region with genuine commitment to living and working in the area

• Strong communication skills and tech-savvy approach 

• Ambition to build a career and willingness to learn the waste industry from the ground up

• Ability to work collaboratively with operations teams and thrive in a depot-based hybrid environment
