Title:  Contract Manager

The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team in Emerald, Queensland. This role offers a unique blend of operational and commercial responsibilities, managing key mining accounts across Central Queensland and the Darling Downs region. You'll be deeply involved in operational delivery while maintaining strategic commercial relationships with major mining clients.

What you'll be responsible for

• Managing and growing a portfolio of key account customers
• Working closely with site supervisors and operational teams
• Analysing contract performance and  delivering on contractual KPIs.
• Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key mining clients
• Ensuring operational excellence and contract compliance

What you'll need to be successful

• Demonstrated track record as a Contract Manager in a services delivery environment, preferably with experience in industrial compliance
• Knowledge of budgeting process and implementation of relevant business KPIs.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout Queensland
