The Opportunity
Veolia ANZ is seeking a Customer Experience Officer to join our team based in Keysborough, VIC. As a Customer Experience Officer at Veolia, you will play a vital role in managing and supporting our customer accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to handle all customer service enquiries, both inbound and outbound, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service and support.

What you'll be responsible for

Serve as the main point of contact for our customer accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships.

Manage customer enquiries and provide timely, accurate, and professional responses.

Handle inbound calls, emails, and other customer communications, addressing and resolving issues efficiently.

Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and provide assistance.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
What you'll need to be successful

Previous experience in a customer service or customer experience role is essential.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers.

Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide effective solutions.

Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritise accordingly.

A proactive and customer-focused mindset, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
