The Opportunity
Veolia ANZ is seeking an energetic Operations Administrator for our Waste Medical facility in Corio, Victoria (3214). In this pivotal role, you'll be the first point of contact and provide essential support to ensure the efficient operation of our Corio Medical Waste Facility.
As a key member of our team, you'll handle diverse administrative tasks that directly contribute to the smooth running of the operational depot. Your organisational skills and effective communication will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of efficiency.

What you'll be responsible for
- Proactively review route performance to identify optimisation and efficiency improvement opportunities
- Communicate with both drivers and customers
- Ensure all paperwork and runsheets are correct and accurate
- Problem-solve customer issues of immediate operational concern with a solutions-focused approach
- Respond to operational queries raised by the Customer Services Team/Sales Team and/or customer
- Conduct daily end of shift driver debrief meetings, discuss run efficiencies and capture any incidents or compliance issues
What you'll need to be successful
- Exceptional time management skills to efficiently handle multiple responsibilities
- Advanced problem solving skills to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
- Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Excel, Google Suite, and Salesforce
- A robust commitment to health and safety practices and protocol
