The Opportunity

Join our dynamic team in Chullora as a Sales and Admin Support professional in a hybrid role. This position offers a unique blend of sales support and administrative responsibilities in the waste industry. You'll be an integral part of our close-knit team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Supporting the sales and leadership teams with their daily activities

  • Generating and analysing data reports for customers

  • Ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction

  • Assisting operational staff, including weighbridge personnel

  • Managing and maintaining customer accounts in Salesforce and SAP

What you'll need to be successful

  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, and G Suite highly desirable

  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills

  • Experience in the waste industry or blue-collar industries (advantageous)

  • Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and workloads
