Title: NSW Municipal Manager

The Opportunity
Veolia ANZ is looking for a Municipal Manager to join the team at Chullora 2190, responsible for the NSW Local Government customer collection contracts, relationships and business development process promoting Veolia to the market.
Managing the safe collection and transport of associated waste activities within the NSW in accordance with Veolia’s systems, policies and procedures.
Additionally, the purpose of the role will be to ensure that resource allocation and operational activities are managed in a manner consistent with achieving budgeted financial targets and compliance procedures, as well as ensuring that positive relationships with key stakeholders are maintained

What you'll be responsible for
- Manage team performance and planning for the achievement of goals and objectives.
- Responsible for delivery of the Municipal Collections Services business in-line with KPIs
- Deliver the budgets for the NSW Municipal business
- Identify and target growth, through current and new business
- Responsible for budgets, preparation, governance and reporting
What you'll need to be successful
- Tertiary qualifications in Business (Management or Logistics) and/or demonstrable equivalent workplace experience
- Knowledge and experience in people management in order to maintain an engaged workforce
- Experience in finding and driving organisational efficiencies
- Proven experience in change management
- Demonstrated success in managing safety and environmental matters within regulatory and legislative requirements including the ability to lead in a strong safety focussed environment.
