The Opportunity

Are you an organised and proactive professional looking to make an impact? 

In this role, you will take ownership of plant maintenance processes within the SAP Plant Maintenance System, ensuring safe, compliant and environmentally responsible operations here in Tarago, 2580. You will be a vital support to the Woodlawn team, delivering efficient and effective administrative assistance while bringing flexibility to the wider team when needed.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Oversee and administer the SAP Plant Maintenance System (SAPPM) and VAMS, including generating work orders, raising and receipting purchase orders, maintaining servicing schedules and producing maintenance reports.

  • Ensure accurate purchase order and invoice matching for Accounts Payable, and control goods receipting to ensure costs are allocated to the correct reporting week.

  • Provide effective administrative support including stock control, inventory management, KPI reporting, filing, archiving and contributing to site weekly reporting including timesheets and fuel reports.

  • Research and communicate project findings, ensure reports and relevant information are delivered to stakeholders within required timeframes, and keep management informed of any issues or concerns.

  • Deliver high quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders, maintain effective working relationships across the team, and actively participate in team meetings.

  • Promote and apply personal safety, environmental and quality awareness in the workplace while complying with Veolia's National Integrated Management System (NIMS) and all relevant policies and procedures.

What you'll need to be successful

 

  • Certificate IV in Business or equivalent workplace experience

  • Demonstrable experience within an administrative support role within an operational environment

  • Working knowledge of SAP (highly regarded)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

  • Excellent people skills and a customer-focused approach 

  • Full Driver’s License
