Title:  Internal Sales

The Opportunity

If you have a talent for helping customers get exactly the sales solution they need, we have the perfect opportunity for you. Working from our office in Cameron Park (2285), you will take calls and respond to emails from clients looking for waste management solutions. You will use your knowledge of our services and product offerings to assist and tailor an offering just for them. But your communication skills and attention to their needs will also allow you to upsell and maximise revenue potential - so this is very much a sales role, not just a customer service job. As such, it could also be your entry to a sales career with our market-leading, global company. And all while helping us achieve Ecological Transformation.

What you'll be responsible for

As above, as well as:
 

• Maintaining a strong knowledge of Veolia’s produce and service offerings
• Ensuring that customer contracts are maintained prior to expiry as per campaign listings and inline with KPI measurement
• Generating leads and capturing customer contact information  accurately
• Conducting some outbound calls to current and potential clients when required
• Ensuring data is entered into all systems and integrity and governance rules are applied.
   

What you'll need to be successful

• Demonstrated experience in an inbound/outbound sales role interacting with small and medium customers
• Managing  customer relationships and meeting sales targets and specific KPIs
• An engaging and attentive communication style that people enjoy interacting with.
