Title:  Billing Administrator

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator - Billing in our Finance Business Unit based in Cameron Park, NSW on a permanent full-time basis. Working in a close-knit, motivated team, you’ll ensure accuracy of revenue by review of exception reports / GPM reports and initiating corrective actions, and provide a range of support services to reach operational goals.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Manual confirmation of runsheets where necessary
  • Review of automatic confirmation for major errors, and release of postpones jobs as required
  • Reconciling external subcontractor invoices to confirmed runsheets
  • Creating and matching purchase orders to confirm external tipping
  • Ensure Supervisor/Manager is kept informed of issues
  • Attend and participate in regular team meetings
  • Prepare and provide information on tasks to other stakeholders as instructed
  • Assist the Billing Administration Team by providing daily administrative support.
  • Ensure accuracy of revenue by review of exception reports and initiating corrective actions and other administrative duties as required.
  • Provide reports, information and support to Managers and other divisions as required


 

What you'll need to be successful

  • Certificate IV in Business, or equivalent workplace experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience within a billing/finance environment
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of SAP (preferable)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel)
  • Effective communication Skills
