The Opportunity
Come and join EarthPower, Australia’s first food waste to energy facility as a Site Administrator. In this dynamic role you will be responsible for managing the administration and accounting functions as well as ensuring the smooth operations of the site. This opportunity also plays a key role in compliance, return-to-work programs, and maintaining accurate training and contractor records.

What you'll be responsible for
-
Manage office operations and administrative functions, including maintenance of systems, supplies, and communication equipment while ensuring compliance with company policies

Oversee weighbridge operations, customer invoicing, and financial processes including purchase orders, expense tracking/reporting, and supplier payment reconciliation

Process timesheets and reporting for Payroll, support HR functions including employee onboarding, training matrix maintenance, and personnel record management

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders while providing administrative support for projects, including cost tracking, documentation, and reporting

Maintain and monitor WHS&E systems, conduct safety inspections, manage incident reporting, and promote a strong safety culture across the site

Coordinate contractor management processes, including compliance reviews, documentation verification, and maintaining accurate registers
What you'll need to be successful

Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent workplace experience
-
Current Driver’s license
-
Strong administrative and organisational skills
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
-
Experience in SAP & Ariba systems
-
Experience in utilising rapid Global, Sphera (incident management system), Kronos
-
Knowledge of ordering, quoting, and procurement processes
-
Experience in project management, planning & scheduling
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
A proactive approach to safety and compliance
-
First Aid Certification (desirable)
