Title:  Administration Assistant - Operations

The Opportunity

As an Administrator, your role is to undertake administrative tasks to support the Operational teams across Tasmania. You will work closely with an established and professional administrative team to ensure the accurate and timely completion of routine and ad hoc administrative tasks that are vital to the operational success of the business.

This role can be a full-time or part-time role (4-5 days per week), depending on the successful applicant’s preference.

What you'll be responsible for

As our new Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our Operational teams across Tasmania. You'll collaborate with our professional administrative team to ensure the smooth running of vital business processes.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute precise administrative tasks with weekly and monthly deadlines
  • Perform accurate data entry for dockets, work orders, payroll, and billing
  • Manage purchase orders efficiently
  • Contribute to shared inbox management and team tasks
  • Handle general office duties with finesse
