The Opportunity
Veolia ANZ is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant to join our team based in Cambridge 7170. As the Customer Experience Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding support and resolving a wide range of queries for our customers.

What you'll be responsible for

Act as the first point of contact for our customers through a variety of channels including phone, email, and live chat providing support and guidance

Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders

Confirming and managing customer bookings

Manage a variety of customer queries including; operations, quotations, subcontracting, price increases, complaints
What you'll need to be successful

Experience within a call centre environment desired but not essential
-
A positive, can do attitude with a strong focus on customer service
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment with rapidly changing priorities

Attention to detail and proactive approach to First Call Resolution
