Join Veolia ANZ's dynamic team at the Western Corridor Recycled Water Project in Bundamba 4304, as a Maintenance Supervisor. As a key member of our maintenance team, you'll oversee the upkeep and compliance of our Water Network System, ensuring seamless asset performance and adherence to contractual obligations. Reporting to the Operations Support Coordinator, you'll collaborate with a talented group of maintenance professionals to deliver outstanding results and drive success.

What you'll be responsible for

• Establishing and managing maintenance programs and safety procedures for all maintenance activities
• Maximising the life cycle, serviceability, and availability of equipment through effective maintenance management
• Monitoring maintenance costs and making recommendations for improvement
• Developing and strengthening key internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Driving a Safety first work culture that ensures an incident and injury free work environment
• Maintaining accurate and consistent maintenance records for all plant and equipment using Veolia's CMMS system
• Participating in performance reviews on land management contractors and reviewing land management data to identify areas for improvement

What you'll need to be successful

• Trade qualification or relevant tertiary qualification 
• Experience in water treatment operations is desirable
• Knowledge and understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment & fault finding techniques
