The Opportunity
Veolia is seeking a driven sales professional based in Bunbury, WA to manage and grow a portfolio of small to medium-sized businesses across the South West and Great Southern regions, including Bunbury and Albany.
This is a fast-paced, autonomous role where you'll be the key point of contact for your customers, building strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions to our customer base. What you'll be responsible for

Managing and growing a portfolio of small to medium-sized business accounts across the Bunbury and Albany regions

Proactively identifying opportunities to win new business while nurturing and retaining existing customers

Acting as the trusted point of contact for your clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty

Defending your customer base by staying ahead of competitor activity and delivering consistent value

Utilising CRM systems and managing a variety of administrative tasks to keep your portfolio organised and running smoothly
What you'll need to be successful

Proven experience in a sales, account management, or customer-facing role

A confident communicator who can build rapport quickly and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

A mix of hunting and farming skills, comfortable both winning new business and growing existing accounts

Responsive and proactive approach to customer needs, with strong problem-solving abilities

Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is advantageous but not required)
