Veolia has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Leading Hand to join our Network Services team in Rocklea, 4106. Within this role you'll play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects to time, safety, quality, community, and environmental requirements.

What you'll be responsible for

• Lead and support high performing teams to deliver civil projects 
• Plan and coordinate activities to ensure efficient use of resources and minimise delays
• Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to drive project success
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project delivery

What you'll need to be successful

• Proven supervisory experience within the water & sewer industry,
• Hands-on experience in sewer maintenance hole rehabilitation and civil dig-up replacement of water/sewer mains
• Strong track record of delivering high quality projects on time and within budget
