We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Coordinator to join our Infrastructure team in Rocklea, 4106. As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting the delivery team to achieve project objectives, ensuring efficient and reliable processes, and providing expert advice to clients and stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities
- Support the delivery team to achieve project objectives, ensuring efficient and reliable processes
- Provide expert advice to clients and stakeholders on pipeline construction and rehabilitation processes
- Develop and implement resource plans, project plans, and cost tracking
- Troubleshoot challenges related to process, efficiency, project delivery, field work, and project data
- Respond to client requests for advice, issue resolution, or new work quotation
- Liaise with customers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and planning authorities
- Provide input and expertise into the estimation, quotation, and tendering of works
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and information
- Assist in tendering for projects
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Tertiary qualification/degree desirable
- Experience in the water industry, particularly in water and wastewater infrastructure civil construction and pipe relining
- Experience in project planning and scheduling
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and policies
