The Opportunity
Join Veolia as a Contract Management Administrator and play a pivotal role in driving our functional strategy of Simplification, Standardisation, and Verification. This position is essential to ensuring that Veolia delivers SHEQ excellence and compliance for our valued customers and clients through expert administration and coordination of contractor management systems.
This opportunity will initially be offered on a 7 month fixed term contract basis and is based in our Brisbane office.

What you'll be responsible for

Maintain compliance with external Contractor Management Systems through accurate record management, data uploads, and database administration

Complete safety assessments, questionnaires, declarations, and upload all required WHS documentation, insurances, and certificates

Monitor compliance status, manage certification and insurance renewals, and ensure worker inductions, training, and competencies remain current

Develop and implement consistent process flow maps and SOPs while providing tender, contract, and project management support for SHEQ improvements

Function as an effective team member, supporting overall contractor compliance and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders
What you'll need to be successful

Administration experience (within SHEQ or compliance or legal administration)

Formal qualifications within Safety & environment

Experience using Google Suite is an advantage
