Title:  Operator - Liquid Plant

The Opportunity

Veolia is seeking a Liquid Plant Operator to join our team in Shepparton - 3630. 

As a Plant Operator you will be responsible for the safe operation at the Liquid Plant, a large part of the role is unloading and loading of Liquid trucks and operating and transferring of products within the plant itself.

What you'll be responsible for

• Operate plant and equipment for the receipt, screening, testing and unloading of bulk liquid and packaged waste

• Follow appropriate treatment sequences

• Monitor the condition of equipment and ensure repairs and maintenance work are updated 

• Provide a range of support services to assist in the operation of the business unit

• Maintain the work area in a clean safe manner 

What you'll need to be successful

• Driver’s Licence

• Previous experience in an onsite operator position highly advantageous 

• Ability and willingness to commit to a hands of manual handling role 

• Safety conscious mindset

• Undergo to a medical assessment and drug & alcohol test

• Entry level applications are welcome
