Title:  Driver Operator

The Opportunity

We have a new opportunity for an Industrial Driver Operator to join the Veolia Industrial Services team based out of Spreyton, Tasmania

Working in a close-knit, motivated team, on a day to day you will be responsible for the industrial cleaning at a number of our clients across the northern region. You will operate equipment for a range of services including high-pressure water jetting, drain cleaning, vacuum loading, and general manual labouring tasks.

What you'll be responsible for

• High-pressure water jetting
• Drain cleaning
• Vacuum loading
• Manual Cleaning
• Accurate completion of paperwork
• Drive Veolia's 'Always Safe' Culture
• Provide outstanding customer service

What you'll need to be successful

• Experience in a hands-on labouring role
• HR Licence highly desirable
• Desirable tickets include Working From Heights, Confined Space, Forklift, and White Card. (Don’t worry if you don’t, for the right candidate we will assist you with obtaining these!)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) 
• Strong safety focus with a proactive approach to improving safety and risk management 
• Motivation to learn and grow within a team environment 
• Respectful and a team player
