The Opportunity
Veolia ANZ has a great opportunity to join a passionate and motivated HR team providing professional HR advice to one of our most important lines of business, Environmental Services. This is the largest business area and you will add real value to how it operates and thrives.
Based out of Arndell Park site, you'll partner closely with operational leaders across NSW. If you enjoy variety, getting out in the field and being close to the business, this could be the role for you.

What you'll be responsible for

Coaching and supporting managers through employee relations matters including conduct, capability, and grievance processes

Interpreting and applying Enterprise Agreements across a complex, multi-EA environment — with a number of EA renegotiations on the horizon in 2026

Travelling regularly to operational sites across NSW to provide on-the-ground HR support

Partnering with leaders through a period of cultural change, helping to embed better people practices across the business.
What you'll need to be successful

Previous experience in a generalist HR role within an industrial/blue collar environment (minimum 5 years)

Confidence coaching managers through difficult conversations and employee relations processes

A working knowledge of Enterprise Agreements and the ability to interpret industrial instruments

An open, adaptable mindset and the ability to connect with blue-collar workforces and operational leaders authentically

A current driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly across NSW sites
