Title:  Painter Blaster

The Opportunity

Veolia is seeking experienced Industrial Painter / Blasters to join the Veolia team on an initial 12 week project based in the Gold coast region.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Ability to prepare surfaces using abrasive blasting and along with mechanical methods
• Coating application for both brush / roller, conventional and airless spray
• Ensuring quality workmanship on all jobs 
• Drive the ‘Always Safe’ Culture

What you’ll need to be successful

• Experience in a hands on role within industrial painting and blasting industry
• Good understanding of blasting and coating processes 
• Current drivers licence
• Commitment to maintaining safe work practices
• Ability to work both in teams and independently
• Familiarity in using electronic testing gear to test atmospheric conditions, blast profile and coating thickness is desired not essential
