The Opportunity
Veolia ANZ has a fantastic opportunity for an Operations/Shift Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Resource Recovery Facility Bibra Lake.
Reporting to the Resource Recovery Park Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating on-site activities, ensuring adherence to Veolia's safety and compliance policies, and maintaining a secure working environment.

What you'll be responsible for
-
Overseeing and supervising all operations of the Material Recovery Facility and Waste Transfer Station, ensuring adherence to operational KPIs, safety protocols and standards.

Providing guidance and support to the team, managing rostering, performance and staff training.

Overseeing and coordinating the activities of customers and external contractors on site.

Driving continual improvement of operational processes and procedures.

Ensuring safety standards are maintained at all times.
What you'll need to be successful
-
Cert IV in Frontline Management (preferred) or equivalent
-
Front End Loader and Excavator experience desirable
-
Demonstrated experience in a leadership role
-
Waste industry experience
-
Mechanically minded
-
Strong communication and customer service skills
