The Opportunity
Veolia ANZ has a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Resource Recovery Facility Bibra Lake.
Reporting to the Resource Recovery Park Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating on-site activities, ensuring adherence to Veolia's safety and compliance policies, and maintaining a secure working environment.

What you'll be responsible for
-
Overseeing and supervising all operations of the Material Recovery Facility and Waste Transfer Station, ensuring adherence to operational KPIs, safety protocols and standards.

Providing guidance and support to the team, managing rostering, performance and staff training.

Overseeing and coordinating the activities of customers and external contractors on site.

Driving continual improvement of operational processes and procedures.

Ensuring safety standards are maintained at all times.
What you'll need to be successful
-
Cert IV in Frontline Management (preferred) or equivalent
-
Front End Loader and Forklift licence
-
High Risk License
-
Working at heights, confined space entry certification
-
Demonstrated 5+ years experience in a supervisory or leadership role
-
Waste industry experience
-
Mechanically minded
-
Strong communication and customer service skills
