We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Technical & Innovation team in Bendigo, 3550. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in safely and efficiently managing and delivering infrastructure projects to approved scope, quality, schedule, and budget. Reporting to the Projects & Engineering Manager, you will lead project teams, ensure compliance, and drive successful project outcomes.

- Lead high profile water infrastructure projects from initiation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and lead project teams, fostering strong working relationships with stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered according to the Veolia ANZ Project Management Framework and statutory requirements.
- Manage change processes, ensuring alignment across Technical, Commercial, SHEQ, Legal, Operations, and Finance.
- Methodically assess and report on project progress, identifying and resolving deficiencies.
- Prepare Statements of Requirements, scope of works, specifications, work-plans, and cost estimates.
- Administer contracts and manage contractors, ensuring supply chain efficiency.
- Identify and manage project risks, ensuring safety in design and compliance with regulations.
- Manage commissioning activities and ensure smooth handover to Operations.
- Provide accurate budget and cash flow forecasts, ensuring commercial success.
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in Engineering or Project Management.
- Experience managing infrastructure projects over $1M.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
