The Opportunity

Veolia ANZ is seeking a Key Account Manager to manage important client accounts and business in the central Victorian region. In this Bendigo-based position you will be accountable for managing and maintaining key accounts in this important region, identifying additional growth opportunities, developing and driving continuous innovation, and contract management adherence to KPIs. 
 

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has experience in account management, managing internal and external stakeholder requirements, has a good attention to detail, and has the ability to create trusted, long standing relationships with key stakeholders across a range of industries and business types.

What you'll be responsible for

 

  • Work across all business units to meet or exceed personal and business sales targets
  • Ensure a continuous quality service is provided to one of our major clients
  • Identify and secure new business within the current portfolio
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders within client business and ensure service levels are met or exceeded
  • Project managing larger ad-hoc projects 
  • Working with various outlets and facilities for best in class treatment for our clients
  • Ensure commitments and obligations between Veolia and its customers are effectively met, by delivering value for money outcomes and managing inherent risk
     

What you'll need to be successful

 

  • Demonstrated track record within a sales or business development position, managing sales and achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience within the waste industry highly desirable 
  • Knowledge of budgeting process and implementation of relevant business KPIs
  • Efficient management of time with quality outcomes
