Title:  Administration Supervisor

The Opportunity

Veolia ANZ has an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrative professional to join the Environmental Services team and lead the administrative functions for the Commercial and Industrial (C&I) team.  

As a key member of the C&I leadership team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and implementing best practices in administration, reporting and our subcontractor partnerships.  This role is based in Weyba Street, Banjo and is Monday to Friday.  Most of the team start at 5am and finish at 2pm but there is flexibility to start at 6am or 7am and finish later if required.

What you'll be responsible for

• Invoice reconciliation and processing 
• Subcontractor interaction inc quoting, runsheets, escalations 
• Client billing
• Supervising a high performing team
   

What you'll need to be successful

• Intermediate experience with Google Suite Programs, Microsoft word and Excel
• SAP experience or other ERP / plant maintenance system
• Certificate in business administration (desirable) 
• Leadership experience in supervising or team leader capacity
• Car licence
