What You’ll be Responsible for

 

  • Lead process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Provide technical expertise on water quality, wastewater treatment, and recycled water management

  • Conduct process reviews and investigations to optimise plant performance

  • Mentor operational and technical teams

  • Drive Net Zero initiatives to reduce chemical and energy consumption

  • Ensure treated water meets contractual standards and regulatory requirements

  • Support business development and capital planning


What You’ll Need to Be Successful

  • Tertiary qualifications in chemical engineering or equivalent

  • Demonstrated experience in water or wastewater treatment operations

  • Sound knowledge of Australian Drinking Water Guidelines and relevant environmental legislation

  • Excellent report writing and communication skills
