The Opportunity

 We are currently seeking an experienced HR or HC driver to join our team in Ballarat (3350) to safely operate our waste collection vehicles, providing essential commercial waste collection services to our valued customers.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday

Start time: From 4.00 am

What you'll be responsible for

• Skillfully operate waste collection trucks between our transfer station and landfill location

• Actively maintain a healthy and safe work environment

• Working on secure long term contracts collecting waste and recyclables 

• Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders 

• Ability to learn to operate a range of fleet and equipment

What you'll need to be successful

• Previous experience in a driving position is desirable

• HR or HC Licence

• Integrity and a positive attitude 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Outstanding organisational and time management skills

• Strong safety focus with a proactive approach to improving safety and risk management 

• Motivation to learn and grow within a team environment
