Are you ready to drive operational excellence through data and digital innovation? Veolia is seeking a Digital & Analytics Specialist to deliver performance reporting, analytics, and automation solutions at our Ballarat Operations.
Within this role you'll collaborate with Operations and support functions to translate contractual and regulatory requirements into consistent dashboards, governed data, and streamlined workflows. This role reduces manual effort, strengthens assurance, improves decision-making, and delivers measurable efficiency outcomes.

What you'll be responsible for
- Develop and maintain comprehensive operational dashboards and automated reporting solutions (Excel, Tableau, Google Sheets, or similar)
- Analyse operational and compliance data to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
- Establish and maintain consistent data definitions and metrics (single source of truth)
- Build strong relationships across operations, finance, and executive teams
- Lead change management activities for system and process implementations
- Support operational business systems, including issue resolution and enhancement requests
- Lead implementation of new systems and digital projects
- Support corporate teams on special projects, audits, and compliance requirements
- Participate in Emergency and Incident Management processes as required
What you'll need to be successful
- Experience in data/analytics, engineering, IT, or business
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Tableau, SQL, or similar)
- Experience with process improvement methodologies ]
- Demonstrated project management and stakeholder management capabilities
