The Opportunity


We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our Frontline team in Ballarat, VIC on a full-time permanent basis. As the Customer Service Officer you will be the first point of contact for our Waste customers, handling a high volume of phone calls and email cases while providing exceptional customer service.

What you'll be responsible for

 

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email efficiently and professionally

  • Resolve a wide range of customer issues related to waste management services

  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information in our CRM system

  • Process customer requests, bookings, and complaints in a timely manner

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

What you'll need to be successful

 

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a phone-based environment

  • Strong computer literacy skills and familiarity with CRM systems advantageous

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
