The Opportunity

Based in Auckland NZ (or regions) , as our Quality Advisor, you'll be the frontline expert for quality and health & safety compliance.

What you'll be responsible for

About the Role:  This hands-on role (80% field-based) involves conducting audits, investigations, and providing crucial support to our operational teams to achieve safety excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor quality management systems
  • Conduct inspections and audits
  • Support operational managers in developing SHEQ management plans
  • Deliver SHEQ-related training and communications
  • Facilitate incident investigations and risk assessments

What you'll need to be successful

  • NZ Organisation for Quality Diploma in Quality Assurance or equivalent
  • NZISM Practitioner Accreditation
  • Extensive experience in quality systems and auditing
  • ICAM Lead Investigator training
  • Lead Auditor certification
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to safety and sustainable development
  • Current driver's license
