The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and highly autonomous Office Manager to oversee office operations at our Ellerslie location and provide administrative support to our team. This is a full-time, office-based role (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday).

What you'll be responsible for

Office Operations & Administration
- Oversee daily office operations including supplies, maintenance, and vendor management
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage IT equipment and administrative systems
- Handle financial administration including expense processing, purchase orders, and invoice management

Events, Meetings & Travel Coordination
- Organise team events and engagement initiatives for the Ellerslie office
- Coordinate meetings and conference room bookings
- Arrange travel logistics for team members
- Manage calendars and scheduling for office staff
- Support team activities that foster collaboration and culture

Internal Project Support
- Provide administrative assistance to the Australia team on internal projects
- Coordinate project-related documentation and communications
- Support project timelines and deliverables through efficient administrative processes
- Liaise between teams to ensure smooth project execution

Systems & Process Management
- Manage procurement systems (Ariba experience advantageous)
- Maintain strong knowledge of business processes and administrative systems
- Ensure efficient PO raising, invoice processing, and system coordination
- Proficiently use Google Suite and relevant software applications

What you'll need to be successful

Experience & Qualifications

- Minimum 10 years as an Office Manager in a medium to large organisation

- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary business administration qualification preferred

- Proficiency in Google Suite and relevant software applications

- Demonstrated experience managing administrative functions and office operations
