Title:  Workers Compensation Administrator

The Opportunity

Veolia is a group self-insurer for Workers Compensation in NSW. This is a 12 month fixed term contract role where you will provide claims management and administrative support for work and non-work related injuries, return to work coordination, and Workers' Compensation insurance requirements. You will also support health and hygiene programs in compliance with relevant legislation, guidelines and best-practice standards.

Reporting to the Injury Prevention and Health Team Leader, you will work as part of a broader national Injury Prevention & Health team within the People & Safety organisation unit.

What you'll be responsible for

• Provide admin support for workers compensation, injury management, and maintain claims systems with timely payment processing
• Handle claims documentation, process mail, input notes into SolvInjury, and manage office tasks
• Support specialists with phone communications involving providers, claimants, and customers
• Coordinate RTW activities and medical appointments while providing customer service
• Maintain positive relationships, participate in audits, and assist with tender submissions

What you'll need to be successful

• Experience in an administrative role
• Some knowledge/ qualifications/ experience within a workers compensation/insurance claims environment (not essential)
